The Methadones have been a long time favourite of mine. Front man Dan Vapid is a veteran punker and has been a member of bands like Screeching Weasel, The Riverdales, Sludgeworth, Noise By Numbers, Dan Vapid & The Cheats and The Mopes over the years. But The Methadones however, are a different beast entirely. The Methadones have their own brand of melodic pop-punk that borders on power-pop at times. This release is the first 7" by The Methadones on It's Alive Records.
